Privacy
Your record stays private.
A practical explanation of the information used to administer KoDE.
Information collected
The system uses your name, preferred name, email and any optional contact or Lodge/Valley details you provide. Your service record includes activities, dates, notes, claims, review decisions, credited points and award history. Paper submissions and approved claims may be archived.
Why it is used
This information supports enrollment, private record access, coordinator review, accurate point calculations, claim printing, permanent history and award administration.
Your private link
A member link grants access to one record. Keep it private and retain it for future visits. If it is lost or shared accidentally, contact a coordinator to replace or revoke it. Replacing access preserves your history.
Optional member sign-in
After opening an authorized private member link, a brother may choose an email/password login. Passwords are stored as secure hashes, not readable passwords. Member logins open only the linked member record and do not grant coordinator access. Recovery uses an existing private link or a coordinator-issued, expiring recovery link. Resetting a password signs out prior member-account sessions.
Who can see records
Member records are not public. Authorized coordinators can access the program records needed to administer KoDE. Private documents remain restricted.
Browser storage
The portal may retain your private access code in your browser session so you can move between claim screens. Optional email/password sign-in uses secure session cookies. If you choose Keep me signed in, the session can last up to seven days. Sign out when using a shared device. This site does not add advertising or public member tracking.
Corrections and help
Use the contact form to request assistance or correction. Historical claim and approval records are retained for program accountability.
