The KoDE process

Simple to record.
Clear to review.

A claim brings several activities together. Your history stays permanent, and every step has a clear status.

Participate

Complete qualifying activities through your local program. Ask your coordinator when the category or eligibility is unclear.

Record activities

Choose the date, category and approved activity. The system assigns points automatically. Add helpful details about your service.

Save or submit one claim

Enter 1–20 activities together. Save a draft and return later, or review all entries before intentionally submitting the batch.

Print and obtain approval

Print the one-page KoDE claim sheet and follow your coordinator’s approval process. Printing does not remove any points.

Coordinator review

Qualifying activities may be approved while a questionable line remains held for clarification under the same Claim ID.

Receive permanent credit

A coordinator records permanent credit after the approval requirements are met. Credited points update progress toward the current award schedule.

Draft → Submitted → Approved → Credited. A submitted claim is not a credited claim.
