Common questions
A little guidance.
A clearer experience.
The essentials for access, claims, credit and paper submissions.
Can I sign in with an email and password?
Yes. First open your private member link or enter your coordinator-issued code, then choose Set Up My Login. This is optional; private links still work without an account. For password recovery, reopen your private link or ask a coordinator for a private recovery link.
Do I need a Google account?
Members use a private, member-specific link. Routine member participation does not require a Google account. Coordinators sign in directly to KoDE using their approved program account.
Must I fill all 20 activities?
No. Submit between 1 and 20 qualifying activities in one claim. You can save a draft and add more later.
Can I save and finish later?
Yes. Use Save Draft before leaving. A draft stays editable and does not enter the coordinator review queue until you submit it.
Are submitted points already credited?
No. Submission, approval and permanent credit are separate stages. Award progress uses permanently credited points.
What happens if one activity needs review?
The coordinator may hold that activity while qualifying lines continue through the process. The original Claim ID and history remain.
Can I still turn in a paper form?
Yes. A coordinator can transcribe your paper claim, compare its handwritten total with calculated points and submit it into the same claim record.
What if I lose my private link?
Ask a coordinator for a replacement. Replacing or revoking access changes the credential and preserves your activities, claims, points and awards.
Can other members see my record?
Your private link is scoped to your own record. Keep it private. Authorized coordinators can review participating member records.
Does printing remove my points?
No. Printing creates a claim sheet. It does not remove lifetime history, submit a draft or post permanent credit.
Can the same reunion be claimed more than once?
Ask your coordinator. The working schedule does not by itself establish whether multiple entries for one reunion qualify. Provide roles, days and service details rather than assuming repeated credit.
